If you have purchased a residential property in a residential building managed by SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” and wish to sign a management agreement:

  • Online – the new apartment owner must send the Land Register certificate and a request signed with a secure electronic signature to SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” by e-mail, indicating:
  1. Address of the place of residence declared by the apartment owner;
  2. E-mail address that will be used to register in the vortal;
  3. Telephone number for communication.

On site – at any SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” client support centre (locations and opening hours available HERE), upon presenting an identification document and a document certifying the rights of ownership (original copies).
