- Ascending step of the auction – 0.79 EUR/m². Before the auction, the bidder must pay the auction participation fee in the amount of EUR 20 (twenty euros) to the current account of the Company indicated in the advertisement for the auction of rental rights. The original of the document confirming the payment of the participation fee to the company’s current account must be submitted by the bidder together with the application for participation in the auction.
