Provision of access to electronic communications merchants in a residential building

Provision of one-time access for a provider in a residential building, for which the electronic communications service provider has not signed a valid contract, during the working hours of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (RNP) department in the following order:

the provider must make a request – access 2 (two) working days prior to the necessary date to the e-mail piekluve@rnparvaldnieks.lv;
when requesting the service, you must specify the following information in the e-mail: name of the commissioning party, registration number, registered office, phone number, address of the location, person (technician) that will arrive to the location, date, time;
a pre-payment invoice is issued. Service fee – providing access EUR 8.15 without VAT for each address;
The provider pays the invoice and sends the payment order to the e-mail rekini@rnparvaldnieks.lv;
If the payment is not made in 7 calendar days, the request is cancelled, and the invoice annulled.

Please contact RNP by sending an e-mail to rnparvaldnieks@rnparvaldnieks.lv and sign a cooperation agreement for access.

Advantages of signing a cooperation agreement:

No need for a pre-payment for the service – providing access;
The service – providing access may be requested 1 (one) day prior;
The service – providing access may be received outside of the normal working hours of RNP, weekend or holidays;
The service – providing access is provided in all properties managed by SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” and the fee will be charged only for the number of provided services – providing access;
Service fee for service – providing access, EUR 8.15 without VAT for each address;

Service – providing access outside of the normal working hours of RNP, weekends or holidays service fee for the first hour –EUR 34 without VAT and for each subsequent hour – EUR 5.10 without VAT.
