Project for the restoration of the apartment building at Viestura prospekts 83

 

On 06.03.2018 SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” concluded a grant agreement with AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum” (Altum).

Actual project costs EUR 179 505.52 of which EUR 166 635.57 are the applicable costs.

Grant received from Altum: EUR 83 317.78.

According to the energy audit, the renovation project will reduce the heat energy consumption to 49.99 kWh/m2 per year.

Works performed within the project:

• Façade insulation/renovation
• Insulation of the attic slab
• Replacement of roofing
• Maintenance of the ventilation system
• Replacement of windows in stairways and apartments
• Renovation of the heating system
• Cosmetic repairs of the stairways.
