SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” Receives the Highest – A – Rating from the State Revenue Service

This year as well, SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” has received the highest tax compliance rating – an A rating – in the evaluation of the State Revenue Service.

Chairman of the Board of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks,” Māris Ozoliņš, states: “An A rating is not just about paying taxes on time. It reflects responsible and transparent operations, fair employee compensation, and a sign of trust for clients and partners. We thank the State Revenue Service for this high recognition!”

In assigning the rating, the State Revenue Service evaluates:

• Whether the company has paid taxes in full and on time
• Whether the company and its officials have received any penalties or had historical issues with tax payments
• Whether the company pays salaries and payroll taxes to its employees – and whether these salaries are not lower than what would be expected in the respective region and city
