Welcome to House Renovation Celebration at 90 Dzelzavas Street


Everyone is welcome to House Renovation Celebration at 90 Dzelzavas Street – the house at this address is managed by SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (RNP) and has recently had its heating system replaced from a one-pipe to two-pipe system! The event will take place on November 3 (Thursday) from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 at the house at 90 Dzelzavas Street.

During the celebration, everyone will have the opportunity to listen, both in person and online, to the story of the residential owners residing in this house titled “From the First Community’s Decision to the Complete Renovation of the Building” and find out what the benefits of a two-pipe heating system are, how to take the first step towards renovation of a residential house, and what co-financing programs are available and expected for the renovation of multi-apartment buildings.

The guests of the celebration are:

– Mārtiņš Staķis, Chairman of the Riga City Council;

– Ronalds Neimanis, Chairman of the RNP Board;

– Representative of the RNP Houses Renovation Department.


Info about the renovation of the house at 90 Dzelzavas Street:

On 06 January 2022, a contract was signed with AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija ALTUM” on the allocation of the European Union funding in the amount of EUR 303,130.35 from the European Regional Development Fund for the multi-apartment building at 90 Dzelzavas Street in order to implement measures related to improvement of its energy efficiency.


The following works have been carried out within the project:

– heat insulation for the foundation and semi-basement floor;

– heat insulation for the basement slab;

– heat insulation / renovation of façades;

– heat insulation for the attic;

– renovation of roofing;

– replacement of windows in apartments, stairwells and replacement of doors;

– renovation of the water supply and sewerage system;

– renovation of the heating system;

– cleaning of ventilation system channels in the building.
