On 13 April 2022, the association of apartment owners “Ķekavas 15” concluded an agreement with AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija ALTUM” on the allocation of EUR 84 146.04 from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the allocation of EUR 81 665,54 from AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija ALTUM” for the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures for the apartment building at Ķekavas iela 15, Riga.
The building at Ķekavas iela 15, Riga, was put into operation in 1960. The 2-floor residential building (masonry building – non-standard project) has 6 residential properties. Total area (calculated): 289.34 sqm; total area of apartments: 279.20 sqm.
The total project cost amounts to EUR 168 292.08, including VAT, and it comprises the construction work, construction supervision, author supervision, and project management.
Main works to be performed within the project:
The work is expected to be carried out during the construction season of 2022–2023. The Site Acceptance and Handover Deed was signed on 29 June 2022. According to the construction contract concluded on 7 April 2022 with SIA “Namdaris LV”, the construction period is 40 calendar weeks and the total construction costs amount to EUR 150 147.33, including VAT.
The energy efficiency improvement measures will provide:
Greenhouse gas reductions of 7.957 CO2 eq.T/year
