On 29 January 2021, the owners of the apartments at Jēzusbaznīcas iela 13, Riga, made a joint decision on participation of the building at Jēzusbaznīcas iela 13, Riga, in the tender “Riga City Municipality Co- financing for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage in 2021”.
The Latvian State Historical Archive holds the building design documentation of 1886 on 2 pages for the building located at Jēzusbaznīcas iela 13/15:
The street façade of the building is designed using architectural techniques and details characteristic of the Classical style. It is symmetrical and divided by four pillars. It is divided horizontally by eaves. The details are finely worked and preserved in a satisfactory condition.
On 19 February 2021, SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks”, based on the joint decision 29 January 2021 by the association of apartment owners at Strēlnieku iela 1B, Riga, had drawn up and submitted the documentation in accordance with the tender rules to the Riga City Council Property Department Building Regulation Authority.
