Bidders must pay an auction security fee of EUR 50.00 when submitting an application for participation in the auction.

Auction step – 50.00 EUR. Payment for movable property must be made in full within seven (7) days from the day of the auction. The auction rules of the auction can be found on the website of SIA „Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks”: go to „Dokumenti” (“Documents”) and then to „Dažādi” (“Miscellaneous”).
The application for participation in the auction must be submitted before 7 December 2016, inclusively.
