Implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures for the apartment building at Putnu iela 18, Riga

The residential building at Putnu iela 18, Riga, has 2 floors with 6 apartments and it was put into operation in 1960.

On 04.09.2019, the association “Putnu ielas nams” concluded a financial support agreement with AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum”.

Total project costs: EUR 117 030.19 (applicable costs).

Altum grant: EUR 58 515.90

Altum loan: EUR 57 244.60

Reimbursable grant costs for the creation of the technical documentation for the project author SIA “Igla arhitekti”: EUR 1270.50

Project implemented – 2019/2020.

Contractor – SIA “Ductus”, Author supervisor – SIA “Igla arhitekti”, Construction supervisor – SIA “Mondal”, Project management – SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks”.

According to the energy audit, the renovation project and possible energy efficiency measures will result in heat energy savings of around 67%.

• External wall insulation, façade with plaster
• Replacement of windows and doors in common areas
• Insulation of the basement and attic slab
• Insulation of heating pipes
• Foundation and base insulation, curb construction
• Restoration of entrance awnings

Replacement of roofing
