SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” is conducting a 3rd round electronic auction with an ascending bid to sell movable property.
The auction will feature 13 lots (movable property is divided into 13 lots and will be sold as a collection of items)
The auction will begin on 14.12.2022 at 13:00 and end on 03.01.2023 at 13:00.
Bidders can register from 14.12.2022 at 13:00 until 24.12.2022 at 23:59 at https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/, and auction rules are available here.
The security deposit and participation fee must be paid to the respective accounts of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” and the Court Administration, according to an invoice prepared for the registered user on the electronic auction platform.
To view the auction items at their location, registration must be made in advance by emailing: diana.alpa@rnparvaldnieks.lv or by calling 29295830 no later than the deadline for auction registration, during business hours from 9:00 to 15:00.
