On 18 January 2022, the joint owners of the residential building at Bruņinieku iela 42, Riga, made a joint decision on participation of the building in the tender “Riga City Municipality Co-financing for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage in 2022” and authorised SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” to draw up and submit documents on behalf of the joint owners, in accordance with the tender rules.
The building at Bruņinieku iela 42, Riga, is an architectural monument of local significance and forms part of an urban monument of national significance – the Historical Centre of Riga – and of an UNESCO World Heritage Site – the Historical Centre of Riga (HCR).
The façade restoration project seeks to fully preserve the original materials of the façade of the building at Bruņinieku iela.
Works to be performed within the project: renovation and restoration of the building’s façade.
The total project cost comprising the construction work, construction supervision, and author supervision amounts to EUR 80 409.85, including VAT.
Requested co-financing by the Riga City Municipality – EUR 29 502.01
