The co-financing provided amounts to EUR 20 000.00, representing 47% of the total estimate of eligible costs.
On 10 February 2020, a construction agreement was concluded with SIA “Fasāde PRO” for EUR 58 913.69, including VAT. Project implementation period: from 04.08.2020 to 15.11.2020.
The project includes the renovation of the façade of an apartment building and the restoration of the roof canopy.
The façade of the building follows an eclectic style with classical façade decoration principles: rustications, intermediate ledges, symmetrical façade composition, a “battlement” motif.
The building is not included in the list of State protected cultural monuments as a separate object, but it is located within the territory of the urban monument of national importance Historical Centre of Riga (Protection No. 7742), UNESCO World Heritage Site “Historical Centre of Riga” (protection No. 852), and the archaeological monument of national importance “Riga Old Town Archaeological Centre” (State Protection No. 2070).
