On 1 March 2022, the association of apartment owners “Bauskas 207” concluded an agreement with AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija ALTUM” on the allocation of EUR 473 378.36 from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures for the apartment building at Bauskas iela 207, Riga.
The building at Bauskas iela 207, Riga, was put into operation in 1980. The 9-floor residential building (standard series 602) has 71 residential properties. Total area: 4512.11 sqm; total area of apartments: 3929.3 sqm.
The total project cost amounts to EUR 946 756.74, including VAT, which comprises the construction work, construction supervision, author supervision, and project management.
Works to be performed within the project:
The construction is to be carried out in the construction season of 2022. The construction was commenced on 7 April 2022. According to the construction contract concluded on 18 March 2022 with SIA “LVS Building”, the construction period is 390 days, and the total construction costs amount to EUR 881 357.08, including VAT.
