In 2016, the association of apartment owners of the apartment building in Vidrižu iela 4 decided to participate in the State support programme for energy efficiency improvement of apartment buildings, implemented by the Development Finance Institution ALTUM with co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund.
The apartment owners authorised the association “Vidrižu 4” to implement the project.
The building at Vidrižu iela 4 was originally built with five floors but now is a 10-floor residential building with 140 residential properties. Area of the building – 1 717.1 m2, total area of the property – 12 229.2 m2. The building is constructed of load-bearing brick walls, panels, a reinforced concrete slab, and a flat-panel roof. The building has not undergone major renovations since it was put into operation.
