The residential building at Mārupes iela 15A, Riga is a 5-floor building with 61 apartments and was put into operation in 1957.
On 23 April 2020, SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” concluded an agreement with the Riga Municipal agency “Rīgas enerģētikas aģentūra” about the allocation of co-financing in the amount of 50% of the total roof renovation costs.
The total project costs comprising the construction is EUR 68 769.99, including VAT.
