Residents who submit their water meter readings via text message (SMS) should now send them to a new phone number: 22058900. Until June 30, it will still be possible to use the previous number (123), but it will be deactivated starting July 1.
If you have previously submitted your readings via SMS, there is no need for special registration—simply continue sending the same type of message to the new number: 22058900. Registration is only required when submitting meter readings via SMS for the first time or when the person’s phone number changes.
