Renovation of residential building at 4 Ozolu street completed

On 28 July 2025, the five-storey residential building located at 4 Ozolu street, Riga, was officially recommissioned following the completion of extensive renovation works.
Constructed in 1965, this so-called “Khrushchyovka”-type building comprises 69 apartments. After renovation, it now features not only a refreshed appearance but also all the necessary upgrades for comfortable and energy-efficient living.
