SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (RNP) informs that Mārtiņš Paurs, Member of the Management Board responsible for customer relations, development of the company’s service portfolio, and energy efficiency initiatives, has decided to leave his position as of May 16, 2026, in order to continue his professional development and take on new career challenges.
M. Paurs states: “I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the RNP team during a period when both the company and the industry have undergone significant changes. This period has been professionally rewarding and meaningful. I highly value the teamwork, openness to change, and the ability to guide the company towards a more modern, efficient, and customer-oriented management model.”
