For the second consecutive year, SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (RNP) has been awarded the Gold Category in the Sustainability Index organized by the Institute for Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility (InCSR).
The assessment by the InCSR team of experts and the Gold Category recognition for the second year in a row is a direct acknowledgment of RNP’s efforts to strengthen corporate culture in the areas of environment, social responsibility, and governance, as well as its commitment to continued sustainable development.
The importance of sustainability and corporate responsibility is increasing in today’s rapidly changing environment, which is recognized by key stakeholders and influences almost every aspect of RNP’s operations. Sustainability is about continuous development, with RNP purposefully improving the services it provides for residential building management, integrating environmental considerations into its daily operations, and creating an engaging workplace for motivated and loyal employees.
In 2022, RNP was recognized for meeting the criteria for the Silver Category in the Sustainability Index, and in 2023, it achieved the Gold Category.
The Sustainability Index is a strategic management tool based on internationally recognized methodology that helps companies assess their sustainability and level of corporate responsibility. The Sustainability Index questionnaire includes more than 100 criteria across five sections: strategy, work environment, market relationships, society, and environment.
