Water meter readings must be submitted every month between the 25th and 28th.
If you submit your readings in writing or on a paper form, they must be submitted earlier – from the 25th to the 27th.
Choose the most convenient way to submit your readings:
- Via the portal www.e-parvaldnieks.lv without registration, entering only the invoice data.

Instructions – here - Using the mobile app “RNP”. To use the mobile app, you must first register on the portal www.e-parvaldnieks.lv.
- Fill in the special water meter reading form and drop it in the RNP-designated box.
To receive the form, the apartment owner or authorized person must visit a customer service center and provide a secure electronically signed request — our staff will then send the forms for the next three months to the apartment mailbox. - By sending an SMS.

Smart ultrasonic meters
If apartment owners wish, smart ultrasonic water meters can be installed — readings are collected automatically and are more accurate.

Meter registration after verification
After standard mechanical meter verification, please notify the property manager.
You can submit the water consumption meter replacement/verification act and the verification certificate by:
- Emailing to: rnparvaldnieks@rnparvaldnieks.lv, including your phone number for contact
- Leaving documents in the designated mailbox at our customer service centers, including your phone number
- In person, submitting them at any SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” customer service center
