1 Gulbju Street and 33 Slokas Street 33, Riga, auction

The second open oral auction with ascending step will take place on 23 February 2016, 2 p.m., in the premises of SIA „Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” at 42 Aleksandra Čaka Street, i.e., in conference hall on the 1st floor, in order to sell:

  • apartment No. 19 (28.6 m2) at 1 Gulbju Street, Riga, cadastre No. 01009016827, and its 286/6503 joint property’s undivided shares related to a multi-storey apartment building and land plot. The notional price is EUR 8 960. The auction price is not subject to value added tax;
  • non-residential premises No.606 (83.93 m2) at 33 Slokas Street, Riga, cadastre number 01009113814, and its 8393/186177 joint property’s undivided shares related to a multi-storey apartment building. The notional price is EUR 6 400. The auction price is not subject to value added tax.

Bidders must pay an auction security fee in the amount of 10% of the notional price of the auctioned immovable property before submission of the application for participation in the auction.

AUCTION DOCUMENTS:

Auction step – EUR 200.00 (two hundred euros and 00 cents). The full payment for the immovable property must be made within two weeks from the date of the auction.
