Each day is an opportunity for learning and teaching. From November 6th to 10th, SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (RNP) organized the adult education project “Train the Trainer: Developing the Skills of Adult Educators” within the framework of the Nordplus Adult sub-program. The Adult Education sub-program provides opportunities to develop collaboration in the field of adult education and introduce innovations to enhance the quality of adult education, promote innovative approaches to the development of learners’ skills and competencies, and strengthen the link between adult education and work life.
In collaboration with reliable partners from the Estonian Union of Cooperative Housing Associations (EKYL), RNP will share knowledge and innovations to improve non-formal education and develop projects in the field of building management, administration, and renovation.
We believe that our collaboration creates opportunities to gain excellent ideas and bring about positive changes.
