The auction for these items starts on 11.08.2023 at 13:00 and ends on 31.08.2023 at 13:00.
Bidders can register from 11.08.2023 at 13:00 until 21.08.2023 at 23:59 at https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/.
The security deposit and participation fee must be paid to the accounts of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” and the Court Administration, according to the invoice prepared for the registered user on the electronic auction site. A request to authorize participation in the auction must then be sent to the auction organizer.
To inspect the auction items at their location, prior appointments can be made electronically by emailing: diana.alpa@rnparvaldnieks.lv or by phone at 29295830, no later than the end of the registration period, during business hours from 9:00 to 15:00.
