A large-scale renovation project has been completed for the building managed by SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” at Kartupeļu iela 19, Riga. With the support of AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija ALTUM” with the goal of implementing energy efficiency improvement measures with financing from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) in the amount of EUR 427.50 (including VAT).
The building at Kartupeļu iela 19 was put into operation in 1969. The 5-floor building has 54 residential properties and a store. Area of the building – 746 m2, total area of the property – 2660 m2. The total project cost amounts to EUR 931 364.29, including VAT, and it comprises the construction work, construction supervision, author supervision, and project management. The work took place in the 2021/2022 construction season.
Works to be performed within the project: insulation/renovation of the façade (ventilated façade solution), including renovation of decorative façade elements; insulation of the attic slab; replacement of windows in stairways and apartments; cosmetic repairs of the stairways; replacement of the entrance doors; restoration of entrance awnings; insulation of the basement slab; basement renovation; reconstruction of the heating system; replacement of cold and hot water riser pipes, including replacement of sewer riser pipes, renovation of external sewage network; replacement of the roofing, renovation of chimney tops, maintenance of the ventilation system; renovation of balconies, installation of the individual re-circulation system; installation of the lighting protection systems; laying a new road surface at the entrance to the house and other related works.
