On 10 August 2020, an agreement was concluded with AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija ALTUM” on the allocation of funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures for apartment buildings at Patversmes iela 22 k-2, Riga.
The Khrushchev-era building was put into operation in 1960. This 5-floor building has 40 residential properties.
The total project cost amounts to EUR 615 317.76, including VAT, and it comprises the construction work, construction supervision, author supervision, project management, and preparation of technical documentation. ALTUM grant – EUR 260 213.62.
The work took place in the 2021/2022 construction season. According to the construction agreement concluded on 5 November 2020 with SIA “ProDev”, the construction period was 44 weeks, whereas the total construction costs amount to EUR 520 427.25, including VAT.
Works performed within the project:
As the project did not include all the necessary works, during the construction, the apartment owners decided to also carry out works including replacement of hot and cold-water systems, sewer riser pipes, renovation of the internal electrical supply (in stairways), and main electrical distribution. Total costs of additional work – EUR 29 115.53, including VAT.
