SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks”, single registration number 401033623121, legal address: 42 Aleksandra Čaka Street, Riga, LV–1011, declares that the second auction set to take place on 23 February 2016, 2 p.m., with regard to the following immovable properties:
- apartment No. 19, 1 Gulbju Street, Riga, (cadastre number 0100 901 6827) with a total area of 28.6 m2 and its 286/6503 undivided shares related to a multi-storey apartment building and land plot with cadastre numbers 0100 073 0159 and No. 0100 073 2118,
- non-residential premises No. 606, 33 Slokas Street, Riga, (cadastre number 0100 911 3814) with a total area of 83.93 m2 and its 8393/186177 undivided shares related to a multi-storey apartment building,
according to Subparagraph 7.4.1. of the Auction Rules, is to be declared unclaimed because no application for participation in the auction has been submitted by the deadline for applying as specified in the Auction Rules, i.e., by 5 p.m. on 18 February 2016.
