Result of the electronic auction for vehicles not used in commercial operations

SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” informs that the first round of electronic auction for vehicles not used in economic activities, conducted with ascending bids from 23.11.2023 to 13.12.2023 on the electronic auction platform https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/, awarded the following rights to purchase:

  • Auction item: Tractor DEM114,3, registration number T5409LR – acquired by legal entity SIA “PV service” (reg. no. 40203179464) for the highest bid of 9,062.90 EUR with VAT.
  • Auction item: Tractor Belaruss MK 82, registration number T4843LR – acquired by an individual for the highest bid of 8,058.60 EUR with VAT.
  • Auction item: Tractor Belaruss 82MK01, registration number T5408LR – acquired by an individual for the highest bid of 7,695.60 EUR with VAT.
  • Auction item: Tractor Belaruss MTZ82,1, registration number T2806LP – acquired by an individual for the highest bid of 7,102.70 EUR with VAT.
  • Auction item: Tractor Belaruss MTZ320, registration number T7934LT – acquired by legal entity SIA “Lattranz” (reg. no. 40003991052) for the highest bid of 4,525.40 EUR with VAT.
  • Auction item: Tractor Belaruss MTZ82.1, registration number T8303LL – acquired by an individual for the highest bid of 6,667.10 EUR with VAT.

The auction was declared null for the following items: MAN19.322 with registration number RO1117 and Mercedes-Benz 1317 with registration number HC7621.

Additionally, in the first round of the electronic auction with ascending bids, held from 23.11.2023 to 27.12.2023 on the electronic auction platform https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv/, the lot “30 vehicles as a single unit for disposal” was acquired by legal entity SIA “77” for the highest bid of 24,163.70 EUR with VAT.
