Using the building’s reserve funds, the property manager implements major repair and improvement projects.
To learn about opportunities for securing additional funding (EU or municipal co-financing, bank loans, etc.), please contact your property manager.
At the beginning of each year, we create a maintenance work plan for the building – this outlines the necessary repairs in order of priority. These works are funded by the reserve funds of the building. If the reserve funds are insufficient and if the apartment owners desire it, we can assist in obtaining EU or municipal co-financing or securing a loan.
If unplanned emergencies occur during the year, we ensure repairs are carried out. Residents can then choose whether to cover these costs from the reserve or add small amounts to the new bills.
We can assist in implementing full renovation with EU co-financing or renovating the building’s facade with municipal co-financing.
ccording to the wishes of the apartment owners, various improvement projects can be undertaken from the building’s reserve funds – such as installing benches, parking spaces, playgrounds, cat houses in the yard, bike racks, or anything else the building may need.
