On 10 December 2020, the owners of the apartments at Strēlnieku iela 1B, Riga, made a joint decision on participation of the building at Strēlnieku iela 1B, Riga, in the tender “Riga City Municipality Co- financing for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage in 2021” and authorised SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” to draw up and submit documents on behalf of the owners, in accordance with the tender rules.
About half of the historic finely moulded precious wooden windows on the façade have been preserved. Other windows have been replaced by plastic structures with double glazing. The division and colour of the frames are accurate to the historic design. The façade retains virtually all architectural details (eaves, decorative panels, profiled wooden posts between window frames, oriel windows, etc.).:
