Notice of a written auction for renting premises

A written auction for the rental of non-residential premises of the Riga City’s immovable property – 93 Bruņinieku Street, Riga (building’s cadastre designation 01000370059003) – will take place on 29 July 2015 at 1:30 p.m. in the conference hall on the 1st floor at 42 Aleksandra Čaka Street.

• Type of auction – written auction with the highest rental payment
• Ascending step of the auction – 0.29 EUR/m2
• Before the auction, the bidder must pay the auction participation fee in the amount of EUR 20 (twenty euros) to the current account of the Company indicated in the advertisement for the auction of rental rights. The original of the document confirming the payment of the participation fee to the company’s current account must be submitted by the bidder together with the application for participation in the auction.
