The security deposit and participation fee must be paid to the accounts of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” and the Court Administration, respectively, as indicated on the invoice provided to registered users on the electronic auction platform. Bidders must submit a request to the auction organizer for authorization to participate.
