Free Christmas tree removal

After the holidays have passed and the festive spirit has subsided, it’s time to take care of ensuring that the Christmas tree is reused. Customers of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (RNP) have the opportunity to utilize Christmas trees for free throughout January (until January 31).

To utilize Christmas trees for free, please follow these steps:

• Remove all decorations and lights from the tree.
• If the tree is in a pot, take it out of the pot.
• If the tree is longer than 2 meters, divide it into multiple parts, or there may be an additional charge for removal.
• Place the tree next to the waste container or in the waste container area.

It is prohibited to dispose of Christmas trees in household waste containers!

We encourage every RNP customer to take advantage of this opportunity and dispose of Christmas trees in an environmentally friendly manner. They will be delivered for recycling, where they will be turned into wood chips, thus reducing waste and promoting a sustainable environment.
