On 26 January 2022, the owners of the apartments at Stabu iela 52 and 52B, Riga, made a joint decision on participation of the building at Stabu iela 52, Riga (cadastre designation: 0100 029 0059 001), in the tender “Riga City Municipality Co-financing for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage in 2022” and authorised SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” to draw up and submit documents on behalf of the joint owners, in accordance with the tender rules.
The building at Stabu iela 52, Riga (cadastre designation: 0100 029 0059 001), is located in the protection area of the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Historical Centre of Riga” (No. 852) and in the territory of the urban monument of national significance “Historical Centre of Riga” (State Protection No. 7442). The building has preserved the initial composition of construction volume, the shape of the roof, and façade decoration. The original entrance door has not been preserved. Most of the windows on the street façade have been replaced with new double-glazed windows.
The façade restoration project seeks to fully preserve the original materials of the façade of the building at Stabu iela 52, Riga.

The total project cost comprising the construction work, construction supervision, and author supervision amounts to EUR 68 378.31, including VAT.
