What Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks provides

1. Organizes all necessary homeowner meetings and votes among apartment owners.
   
2. Assists with required formalities including establishing an association and signing contracts.
   
3. Assists with applying for and obtaining financing from the municipality.
   
4. Helps with selecting designers and construction contractors.
   
5. Manages the construction project and prepares the final report.
   
6. If necessary, helps the building secure a bank loan for the portion of restoration costs not covered by municipal support.
