Customer service center "Daugava" closed for technical reasons

Due to technical reasons, the customer service center (CSC) “Daugava” (168 Maskavas Street, Riga) is closed until September 4, 2022.

The nearest CSC:

• Riga Customer Center – 49/53 Brīvības Street, Riga, 1st floor;
• CSC “Austrumi” – 8 Zebiekstes Street, Riga, 1st floor.

 

We would like to remind you that you can use other service channels to receive advice or submit documents related to housing management issues:

• by calling 8900 (information phone);
• by writing to the e-mail rnparvaldnieks@rnparvaldnieks.lv, indicating the phone no. to communicate with you;
• by sending a private message on Facebook or Twitter;
• by leaving the documents in any RNP CSC mailbox, also indicating the phone no. to communicate with you;
• by email to RNP’s legal address – 42 Aleksandra Čaka Street, Riga, LV-1011.
