In order for SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” to commence activities related to the energy audit of a residential building, the community of apartment owners must come to an agreement (at a general meeting of apartment owners or in form of a questionnaire) – a majority of apartment owners (50% + 1 vote) must vote “FOR” the energy audit and the decision by the community of apartment owners (meeting minutes) must be submitted to SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (hereinafter – Administrator).
