The communities of owners of apartments in multi-apartment residential buildings administered by SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” choose to carry out energy efficiency improvements and complete or partial renovation with external co-financing under the following programmes:
- Energy efficiency improvement in multi-apartment residential buildings with the support of EU funds, implemented by AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum” (ALTUM);
- Riga City Municipality support for hazard prevention and implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures, as well as support for the preservation of cultural architectural heritage, as coordinated by the Riga City Council’s Property Department.
