Overview of legislation governing the administration and maintenance of residential houses.
Conditions and procedure for taking decisions by the apartment owners’ community. Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the apartment owner and administrator of the residential house.
Keeping and updating a home file. Getting to know a home file. Functionality of the Construction Information System (BIS) for keeping of home files and exploitation files

EU, national and municipal programmes to support the renovation of buildings, prevention of hazards, and other works.

Please, note that the content of in-person and online activities is identical, therefore, taking into account the epidemiological situation in the country, we invite you to participate in the training activities remotely – through an online webinar on the MS Teams platform (the link to the training activities will be send the day before the event).
The number of in-person participants is limited, thus the opportunity to apply for in-person training activities will be over as soon as the number of place available is exhausted. Please, note that in case of deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the country and in order to ensure a safe event environment, the in-person activities may be cancelled or substituted with an online activities and, if so, it will be communicated separately.
