Training programme “Training of Authorised Persons of Residential Houses” by SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks”

The training programme aims to:

provide insights into the administration and maintenance of multi-storey apartment houses to ensure their maintenance, renovation and maximum life-cycle.

 

 Part 1 of the training programme

  • Life-cycle of housing, its components and the main factors influencing the life-cycle of housing.
  • Overview of legislation governing the administration and maintenance of residential houses.
  • Conditions and procedure for taking decisions by the apartment owners’ community. Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the apartment owner and administrator of the residential house.
  • Keeping and updating a home file. Getting to know a home file. Functionality of the Construction Information System (BIS) for keeping of home files and exploitation files

Part 2 of the training programme

  • Inspection of residential houses, assessment of general technical condition. The impact of the activities related to administration and maintenance of residential houses on the life-cycle of housing.
  • Causes of defects in construction structures and engineering communications, their impact on the life-cycle of housing, organising prevention of defects.
  • Planning and organising restoration works.
  • EU, national and municipal programmes to support the renovation of buildings, prevention of hazards, and other works.

  • Please, note that the content of in-person and online activities is identical, therefore, taking into account the epidemiological situation in the country, we invite you to participate in the training activities remotely – through an online webinar on the MS Teams platform (the link to the training activities will be send the day before the event).
  • The number of in-person participants is limited, thus the opportunity to apply for in-person training activities will be over as soon as the number of place available is exhausted. Please, note that in case of deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the country and in order to ensure a safe event environment, the in-person activities may be cancelled or substituted with an online activities and, if so, it will be communicated separately.
  • The video material of the activities will be posted on the website of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” after the seminar.
