RNP offers a new communication channel for the convenience of customers

For the convenience of our customers, we have created a new application form on the website to inform about urgent seasonal issues related to the provision of services. The new form of communication is available here: Inform us!

Using the new communication form, customers may in a convenient way inform specialists of SIA “Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” (RNP) about any high-priority situation directly related to seasonal issues, for example, in winter, it can be a thick snow cover, icy and slippery sidewalk and driveway, snow and icicles on the roof of a building while in warmer months of the year it can be the necessity to cut the grass, collect waste and garbage, or presence of flooded sidewalks and driveways.

In order to apply, RNP customer must provide his/her name, surname, residential address, and contact information (e-mail, phone number). We will also appreciate it if you describe in detail the situation in issue, so that the responsible specialist can promptly fix it. If necessary, the responsible specialist will contact you.

The new communication channel is not intended to inform about emergency situations. In case of an emergency situation, please, inform our 24/7 Emergency Service about it by phone 80008989.

It is important to remember that the application form is not intended for consultations and provision of information on other issues related to the provision of services, i.e., such questions like how to properly submit documents for replacement/verification of water metering devices, how to apply for a permit to park a vehicle on the territory of a residential building, or sending info about a burned-out light bulb in the common stairwell will not be responded to customers if sent through this communication channel.

  • by leaving documents in the post-box of the RNP Customer Service Centre, providing a phone number to contact you;
